The Community Service Center at An-Najah National University has undertaken an initiative to plant olive saplings in the gardens of the Holy Quran Academy School and the Future Generation Mixed Secondary School in Nablus. This effort is part of the broader campaign titled, “If You Hold a Sapling, Plant It,” which aims to enhance environmental awareness and community engagement among students.

By involving students directly in the planting process, the initiative seeks to foster a sense of ownership and appreciation for sustainable practices within the school community. The olive tree, a symbol deeply rooted in Palestinian heritage, serves as a living testament to the community's commitment to environmental stewardship and cultural preservation.

This endeavor reflects the university's dedication to promoting sustainable development and engaging the younger generation in ecological preservation and community service.
