On January 12, 2025, An-Najah National University's Community Service Center continued its tree-planting campaign, “If You Hold a Sapling, Plant It,” by planting olive and citrus saplings in the garden of Al-Mukhfiya Boys' Primary School in Nablus. This initiative is part of the university's broader effort to enhance green spaces in educational institutions and promote environmental awareness among students.

The campaign aims to instill a sense of responsibility and connection to nature among students, encouraging them to actively participate in sustainable practices. By involving students in the planting process, the initiative fosters a deeper understanding of the importance of environmental stewardship and the role of trees in maintaining ecological balance.
