An-Najah National University’s CSC joined the nationwide celebration of National Environment Day under the theme, "An Environmentally Aware Generation, a Steadfast Generation." A group of 24 students from the Community Service course took part in the event, which was held in the Al-Mas’udiyyah area in northwest Nablus.

The activities focused on environmental conservation and preservation, with special attention to the history and natural heritage of the region. Students planted trees and cleaned the area to highlight the importance of protecting the environment, particularly in light of the ongoing challenges posed by the Israeli occupation.

The CSC emphasizes that environmental awareness is essential for achieving sustainable development and safeguarding Palestine’s natural resources. By participating in National Environment Day activities, the Center aims to empower the younger generation to take an active role in environmental conservation and to promote a culture of environmental responsibility within society.
