The Housing Rehabilitation Program has successfully rehabilitated 25 homes in the Nablus governorate for low-income families, including households headed by women, as well as those inhabited by elderly or disabled individuals. The program also rehabilitated health facilities at two locations within the National Hospital in Nablus.

These projects were funded primarily by the Multaqa Al-Khair Fund, supported by cash donations collected by community service students through the sale of charity cards. Additional contributions came from local donors and partners, helping to cover the costs of several cases and alleviate the hardships of vulnerable families between October 2023 and October 2024.

During this period, several success stories were recorded. Notably, a home for a poor family in the town of Kafr Qalil was fully rehabilitated and finished in partnership with the Palestine Charity Campaign and under the auspices of the National Security Agency. Health units at the National Hospital were renovated in two phases, thanks to generous donations from local community members and the supervision and contribution of the Community Service Center and its Housing Rehabilitation Program.

In another case, the roofs of two rooms were poured for a poor family to expand their home and reduce overcrowding, in collaboration with several local organizations.

Mr. Osama Bani Odeh, coordinator of the Housing Rehabilitation Program, highlighted the vital role the program plays in improving the health and living conditions of poor families. He expressed his gratitude to all who contributed—whether through financial donations, voluntary efforts, or moral support—including the community service students and generous local donors who made these projects possible.
