The Community Service Center carried out a humanitarian initiative during the holy month of Ramadan, distributing 80 shopping vouchers to students with disabilities at the Sheikh Khalifa Vocational Rehabilitation Center, with the aim of supporting their families and providing for their basic needs as Eid al-Fitr approached.

The initiative included providing a shopping voucher worth 50 shekels to each student, benefiting 80 students enrolled at the Sheikh Khalifa Vocational Rehabilitation Center. This step reflects the Community Service Center’s commitment to supporting the most vulnerable groups and strengthening the spirit of solidarity and assistance within the community.

Engineer Mohammad Rouhi Al-Maani, Director of the Sheikh Khalifa Vocational Rehabilitation Center, received Mr. Mohammad Al-Jaitan and Ms. Afnan Hassan, representing the Community Service Center, on Tuesday, April 2, 2024. Vouchers and gifts were presented to the students, along with wishes for them and their families for good health and well-being, and for Eid al-Fitr to bring them more joy and hope.

This initiative is part of a series of community activities that the Community Service Center continues to implement throughout the year, with a particular focus during Ramadan on supporting families facing difficult economic circumstances. This stems from the center’s belief that providing basic needs and strengthening food security are integral to preserving human dignity and supporting stability.

These initiatives are not limited to providing material assistance; they also seek to enhance their humanitarian and psychological impact on beneficiaries by making them feel that there is a community that supports and stands by them under all circumstances.
