The CSC organized a special recreational day for sixty elderly men and women, generously hosted by the Social Charity Center. The event reflected deep appreciation and respect for this valued segment of society.

The gathering took place in a warm and welcoming atmosphere marked by affection and harmony. Participants engaged in friendly conversations about the conclusion of the month of Sha’ban and the arrival of the blessed month of Ramadan, reflecting on its spiritual significance and the values of mercy, solidarity, and compassion. The event created an interactive space that strengthened social connections and brought joy to those in attendance, underscoring the importance of emotional and social support for older adults.

The program included a hot lunch prepared by the charity kitchen of the Social Charity Center, along with a selection of traditional sweets. The initiative aimed to revive cherished memories and create a sense of comfort and celebration. Symbolic gifts in the form of Ramadan decorations were also distributed to all participants as a gesture of appreciation and recognition of their respected place within the community.

The CSC administration emphasized that this event is part of a comprehensive and ongoing program dedicated to supporting the elderly. The program includes providing financial assistance, securing medical treatment and supplies, and organizing regular visits and social activities that promote social engagement and preserve their dignity.
