The strong partnership between the CSC and the Local Committee Association of Nablus Governorate continued with efforts to improve sanitary living conditions for poor families in the Old City. Insulation work was completed on another home belonging to a family suffering from rainwater leakage through the roof into their modest living space. The leakage caused health concerns for the family, which consists of an elderly woman and her two daughters. The damaged roof was repaired, cracks were sealed, and full insulation was installed using asphalt rolls to prevent future water intrusion.

This project was carried out in cooperation with the Local Committee Association of Nablus Governorate, a key partner in the rehabilitation and maintenance of homes for vulnerable families in the Old City. Funding for the work came from a generous contribution by students enrolled in the community service course, who support the CSC’s fund through the sale of charity notebooks.

Such funding makes it possible to implement humanitarian initiatives that ease the hardships faced by elderly residents, children, and individuals with health issues. These efforts help ensure that families can live in a safe and healthy environment.
