The Community Service Center continued implementing its environmental program at Ibn Sina Basic School for Girls with the participation of 20 male and female volunteers. The campaign included cleaning the school yards, trimming trees, caring for green areas, and beautifying the school garden, contributing to providing a healthy, safe, and motivating educational environment for the students and the teaching staff. This comes as part of efforts to prepare the school for the new academic year and to promote a culture of volunteer work.

These activities come as a continuation of an environmental program that started in mid-January of last year, and included the planting of 30 olive trees equipped with a drip irrigation system, in addition to carrying out four days of field work to address a number of environmental challenges and rehabilitate the school’s back yard, with the participation of about 100 male and female volunteers.
