The Community Service Center and the Doctors Without Borders Association distributed 16 food baskets to poor families. The baskets included 13 essential types of food and staple supplies, including rice, tuna, beef, tomato paste, beans, mushrooms, vinegar, salt, jam, spices, tea, in addition to liquid soap and household tissues.

The distribution was made to eight families from neighborhoods in the city of Nablus, two families from the Old City, one family from the village of Salem, and another from the village of Zawata, in addition to 4 families from the Askar and Balata camps.

The parcels were prepared, their contents sorted, and distributed to two elderly women, and 7 families with persons with disabilities, and 7 families facing difficult social and economic conditions and living below the poverty line.

The contents of the food basket were provided with support from Médecins Sans Frontières, in an initiative that embodied social solidarity and concern for the most needy groups, by meeting their material and psychological needs.
