The Community Service Center and the Qabalan Municipality organized a psychological support activity targeting the town’s children, graciously hosted by Al-Kukh Hall. The center’s team, along with a group of volunteers, participated in implementing the activity, during which around 80 boys and girls were engaged through a series of recreational and interactive segments that ranged from singing and group dancing with cartoon characters, to clown shows and silent theater, amid an atmosphere full of energy and joy, in a step aimed at enhancing mental health and bringing happiness to children’s hearts.
This activity comes as a means of psychological release for children, especially those from families facing difficult economic conditions, with the aim of providing a safe space for psychological release and entertainment, and alleviating the pressures imposed by the economic and political conditions the region is experiencing.
The expressions of joy and strong engagement on the children’s faces reflected the profound positive impact of these initiatives, as moments of happiness and smiles created a real space of hope for the children and emphasized the growing need for psychological and recreational support programs.
The center confirmed that this activity constitutes the beginning of a series of psychological support and relief programs that will be implemented in marginalized and most needy areas in the villages of southern Nablus.
