The Community Service Center at An-Najah National University has continued its olive sapling planting campaign, “If You Hold a Sapling, Plant It,” by planting saplings at Al-Quds Mixed School on Jerusalem Street in Nablus. This initiative aligns with the Islamic teaching that emphasizes the importance of planting trees, even if the Day of Judgment were imminent.

The campaign aims to promote environmental awareness and enhance to local greenery. It also provides an opportunity for students to engage in hands-on environmental education. By participating in such initiatives, students learn about the significance of trees and the environment, fostering a sense of responsibility toward nature.

This effort is part of a broader commitment by the Community Service Center to engage with and support local communities through various initiatives and programs.
