As part of the Elderly Care Program of the Community Service Center at An-Najah National University.  A medical checkup for senior citizens was performed at Small Hands Association on June 8-9, 2021. Medical health examinations were performed, including osteoporosis, diabetes, hemoglobin and antibody tests to spot any problems in the early stages when they are easier to treat.

The elderly expressed their deep thanks and gratitude for such activities, which encourage their personal interactions, regular attendance, and community involvement to reduce social isolation.

Through such activities, the community Service Center aims to improve the elderly's mental and physical health, reduce loneliness and social isolation, and improve their emotional well-being and quality of life. Also, the activity included offering the elderly healthy meals which are loaded with vitamins and minerals, and have all the nutrients that senior adults need.
