Based on the human rights of older persons, there have been significant advocacy efforts calling for enhanced international thinking and action on the human rights of the elderly.
The Elderly Care programme aims to shed light into the elderly lives and bring awareness to their situation as well as give them a better life and future. It also seeks to improve their living, social, economic and healthy conditions and offer them support to assure that they live in warmth, safety and independence.
